We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle transactions efficiently, provide excellent customer service, and ensure accuracy in cash handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them during checkout
- Process cash, credit, debit, and digital payments accurately
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
- Follow company policies and security procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
