Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory handling, dispatches, inward/outward entries, and stock accuracy. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in warehouse processes, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders
- Maintain inventory records and stock levels in system
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Monitor stock movement and report discrepancies
- Assist with periodic stock audits and cycle counts




- Follow safety and compliance protocols at all times

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management
- Familiarity with stock management systems (Excel, ERP, etc.)
- Basic understanding of dispatch and logistics processes
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift/move moderately heavy items as needed
- Team player with a proactive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sector
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
