Kruncheese is looking for a hands-on Outlet Manager who can take responsibility for the smooth operation of the outlet. You will be responsible for the team, customer experience, stock, cleanliness, cash handling and overall operational discipline of the store.

Key Responsibilities

Outlet Operations

- Manage daily opening and closing of the outlet.
- Ensure smooth kitchen and front-of-house operations.
- Maintain food quality, portioning and presentation standards.
- Ensure orders are prepared and served efficiently.
- Identify and solve operational issues during service.

Team Management

- Allocate responsibilities and shifts to staff.
- Monitor attendance and punctuality.
- Train new employees.
- Maintain discipline and a positive working setting.
- Step in and support the team during peak hours.

Inventory & Stock

- Monitor daily stock levels.
- Maintain records of ingredients, packaging and supplies.
- Identify low-stock items before they affect operations.
- Reduce food wastage and unnecessary consumption.
- Coordinate purchasing and stock requirements.

Cash & Reporting





- Oversee billing and cash handling.
- Verify daily sales and cash closing.
- Maintain basic daily operational records.
- Report sales, stock issues, wastage and major incidents to management.

Requirements

- Previous experience recommended in a café, QSR, restaurant or similar F&B; operation.
- Experience managing a small team.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Comfortable handling billing, cash and basic inventory.
- Able to handle pressure during peak hours.
- Basic English required. Tamil communication skills preferred.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
