Key Responsibility!

- Drive candidate outreach through energetic telecalling.
- Source and screen talent with precision.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews seamlessly.
- Achieve recruitment targets while delivering a great candidate experience.
- Should be able to make 100 calls in a day

- 1–3 years of recruitment/telecalling experience.
- Solid communication & persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Proactive, organized, and relationship-focused.
