We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our HR team in Indore. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and human resource management. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update recruitment trackers and HR databases.
- Assist in attendance management and day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or BBA (HR) will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
