Job Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs across commercial, medical, and compliance functions
- Document as-is / to-be processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements
- Analyze gaps between legacy Veeva CRM (Salesforce) and target Vault CRM; recommend process and configuration changes
- Support migration scoping: data elements in scope, business rules, legacy behavior to retain vs. retire
- Maintain requirements traceability from user story through design, build, test, validation, and migration
- Support UAT — prepare test scripts, coordinate UAT cycles, triage defects
- Create training materials,
user guides, and process documentation for end users transitioning from legacy CRM
- Act as Product Owner proxy in Agile ceremonies when needed
Education
Bachelor of Engineering
Master of Computer Application in Information Technology or Computer
Work Experience
0-5 years of relevant experience in a large/midsize IT services/Consulting/Analytics Company Business Operation & Technology
