Marketing Head – Job Description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-driven Marketing Head to lead the marketing efforts for our premium 925 Silver Jewellery Brand. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, increasing online sales, planning marketing campaigns, managing social media, running paid advertisements, and creating strategies to grow our presence in India and international markets.

You will work closely with our content creators, photographers, designers, and sales team to ensure consistent branding across all platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce marketing.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute monthly marketing strategies.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media platforms.
- Plan and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create content calendars and oversee product launches and campaigns.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, influencers, and creators.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics and improve results.




- Increase website traffic, customer engagement, and online sales.
- Research competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Build influencer partnerships and brand collaborations.
- Maintain a consistent luxury brand image across all marketing channels.

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Brand Marketing.
- Robust knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with Shopify, Canva, Google Analytics, and marketing tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to analyze marketing data and make strategic decisions.
- Experience in the fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
