Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving system compatibility and optimal performance. Roles & Responsibilities:





- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain accurate records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Experience in designing and implementing performance dashboards and reports within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of data collection, analysis, and visualization techniques.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate data from multiple sources to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Knowledge of system release management and configuration control processes.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
