Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Faculty to provide hands-on, industry-oriented training to students. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions in Digital Marketing.
- Train students in key digital marketing domains, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, and other industry-relevant tools.
- Develop lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments to support effective learning.
- Guide students on live projects, case studies, and practical applications of digital marketing strategies.
- Monitor student performance and provide academic support and constructive feedback.
- Assist students with portfolio development, interview preparation, and placement readiness.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the learning experience.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong domain knowledge and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, platforms, and industry tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts through practical demonstrations and real-world examples.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students toward successful careers.
- Good organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online learning platforms is preferred.
