Job Summary:
The Art Director will lead a team of designers and video editors, overseeing projects from concept to execution. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on design skills, and leadership capabilities. If you have a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of design trends, and the ability to inspire a creative team, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of designers and video editors, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Project Oversight: Manage all visual design projects, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Conceptualization: Interpret briefs, set creative direction, and develop high-level design concepts.
- Hands-on Design: Actively contribute to critical projects, supporting the team with design and video editing expertise.
- Mentorship: Guide team members, providing constructive feedback and encouraging skill development.




- Collaboration: Work closely with clients, copywriters, and project managers to meet creative and business objectives.
- Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output innovative.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a creative/design role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior design position within a creative or advertising agency.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW, and other design/video editing tools.
- Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and art direction across various platforms.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), team-building, and project management abilities.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to conceptualize and deliver visually engaging ideas aligned with client and brand objectives.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for design, layout, and color.
