Branch Manager – NBFC

Tattva Fincorp Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Lead and motivate the branch team.
- Achieve branch business, sales, and collection targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor branch performance and prepare MIS reports.
- Build strong customer and business relationships.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
- Candidates with experience as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Deputy Branch Manager, Sales Manager,



or Senior Relationship Manager with team handling experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following:

- Gold Loan
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Vehicle Finance
- Personal Loans
- Group Loans
