Salary Range:- Rs. 30000 - Rs. 35000 CTC per month (Additional Incentives)

Job Description:-

- Analyzing the service of the salesmen and evaluating the growth opportunities in the market
- To ensure execution of in-store support for sales promotion, ensuring procurement of collaterals and various visibility and floor stacking elements in line with activations/ sales promotions
- Training of merchandisers and in store promoters, relationship development with major stores’ managers for better execution of deliverables and conduct of activations,
- Incorporate competition activities in and thereby propose specific activities to further build the saliency of ITC brands
- Devise in-store solutions for visibility/ off-takes enhancements of ITC product categories




- Proactively guides and advises salesmen regarding developments in the FMCG markets
- Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing order
- Deliver superior service and build long term relationship with the customers so as to increase our share in his wallet
- Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotion
- Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed target
- Develop marketing / promotion strategy for the distribution channel
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements

Key Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in the field of FMCG sales
- Supervised a team of 5 salesmen (min.)
- Good understanding about the general market conditions
- Efficient team player
- Key insight into customer behaviour
- Quick grasping power & speed of execution
- Aggressive sales nature

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
