We are hiring Media Sales — Business Development

Location: Mumbai Experience: 2+ Years

We help brands unlock media inventory — print, digital, OOH, radio, and more — through smart barter solutions. We are looking for a media-savvy BD professional who can onboard brands, pitch barter solutions, and drive revenue in the media sales vertical.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Drive media sales and advertising sales across multiple formats — OOH (outdoor), digital, print, radio

Onboard brands and advertisers onto the platform as media barter clients

Pitch consultative barter solutions — understanding brand objectives and crafting tailored media barter deals

Build relationships with brand managers, media planners, and agency partners

Generate leads, build pipeline, and close deals consistently to meet monthly targets

Drive numbers — revenue targets are non-negotiable,



and you will be expected to own them

Coordinate with internal teams for deal structuring, approvals, and execution

Stay updated on media trends, pricing, and inventory availability across formats

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of experience in media sales, advertising sales, or outdoor/OOH advertising

Proven ability to pitch and close advertising or media deals

Prior experience in OOH/outdoor advertising sales is highly preferred

Understanding of the media ecosystem — agencies, brands, planners, and buying cycles

Target-oriented with solid follow-through and deal-closing instincts

Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Ability to work consultatively and position barter as a strategic value-add

Energetic, persuasive, and self-drive

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
