1DepartmentOperationsFunctionPOSReporting toSenior Manager– POSBand5BLocationGurugram – 90 CLast date of submissionKey Responsibilities: ØPenal Interest Calculation for policyholder’s payouts.ØLiaise with various departments at HO for smooth operationsØNPS Detractors analysis and take corrective action plan to improve the process.ØAnalyzing the CEO-CXO Escalation/Service Grievance cases and identifying the key areas of improvement along with implementation.ØOpen audit points to be closed within timeline and ensure timely submission of self-identified issues.ØResponsible for various daily activities like sending SMS, Emails, WhatsApp to Policyholders and tracking.ØResponsible for handling field queries related to payouts/penal.ØSOP’s updation.ØCompany Initiated Payout request processingMeasure of Success:



ØReduction in Penal interestØNPS Target -75%ØTimely reporting of Dashboard/MISØMaintain proper tracking of WIP cases/NPS /Service Grievances/CEO-CXO Escalations.ØKeep update on Audit Points and Timelines.ØTimely SOP updation and maintenanceDesired qualifications and experience: ØShould be a Graduate, preferably with Insurance background Qualified qualification.ØGood Knowledge of Ingenium Application.ØMust have a minimum of 6-8 years in Insurance and handling the team.FOR LATERAL MOVEMENTØCandidates who have a performance rating of G2M2 have completed 12 months in the current role.ØCandidates who have a performance rating of G3M3 have completed 18 months in the current role.Knowledge and skills required: ØPeople ManagementØExposure to quality tools and processesØGood communication skillsØStrong adaptability and Problem-solving skillsØPresentation skills
