We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Hostel Teacher to join our residential entrance coaching institution. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supervising students, maintaining discipline, supporting their academic progress, and ensuring their overall well-being within the hostel environment.

The selected candidate must reside on the campus and be available to provide guidance and support to students as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise students in the hostel and maintain discipline.
- Monitor students' daily routine, study hours, attendance, and overall conduct.
- Provide academic support and guidance during supervised study sessions.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and positive residential environment.
- Coordinate with academic faculty, hostel wardens, and management regarding student progress and welfare.
- Mentor and motivate students preparing for competitive entrance examinations.
- Address student concerns and communicate with parents when required.
- Maintain hostel records, attendance, and incident reports.
- Ensure adherence to hostel rules and institutional policies.
- Assist in organizing campus activities and student engagement programs.





Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 years of teaching experience or experience in a residential school/hostel environment.
- Age: 25 years and above.
- Willingness to stay on the residential campus is mandatory.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle adolescent students with patience and professionalism.
- Positive organizational and disciplinary management skills.

Preferred Candidates

- Ability to supervise evening study sessions and student activities.
- Passion for mentoring students preparing for competitive examinations.
