* Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

* Monitor food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

* Lead and motivate service and kitchen staff during shifts.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.

* Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

* Coordinate with the kitchen team for efficient order preparation and delivery.

* Manage table reservations and optimize seating arrangements.

* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the store team for stock replenishment.

* Ensure proper opening and closing of the restaurant.

* Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management.

* Train recent employees on service standards and company policies.

* Support sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets.

* Prepare daily operational reports and communicate issues to management.

* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant and dining areas.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
