We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to generate business opportunities for civil Residental construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction services, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, contractors, architects, consultants, and developers.and Material Price and Knowladge it should be know

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and online platforms. supervion And labour Handleing ,
- Meet builders, developers, architects, consultants, industries, and corporate clients.
- Promote the company's civil construction services and project capabilities.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and project proposals.
- Handle client inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contract discussions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful projects.
- Coordinate with the estimation, engineering, and project teams for technical and commercial requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads,



meetings, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming construction opportunities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6–15 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering sales.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building processes, and project execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
