Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for guiding prospective parents through the admission process, addressing their queries, conducting school tours, converting enquiries into admissions, and maintaining positive relationships with parents while achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to admission enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Counsel parents regarding the school's curriculum, facilities, teaching methodology, fee structure, and admission process.
- Conduct campus tours and present the school's unique strengths.
- Follow up with prospective parents to maximize enquiry-to-admission conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or admission management system.
- Coordinate with academic, transport, accounts, and administrative departments for smooth admission processing.
- Assist parents in completing admission documentation and fee payment procedures.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, open houses, school events, and promotional activities.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.




- Build strong relationships with parents and ensure an exceptional admission experience.
- Meet monthly and annual admission targets.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and qualified attitude.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Working Hours

- As per school timings.
- Availability during admission events, weekends, or parent interaction sessions when required.
