As a CA , you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing timely and accurate financial data. You will handle everything from day-to-day accounting operations to strategic financial planning, supporting business growth and profitability.

Location: Full-time, on-site position, Hyderabad/ Mumbai

Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Develop budgets, forecasts, and track key financial metrics like CAC, LTV, and gross margins.
- Accounting & Compliance: Oversee bookkeeping, financial reporting, taxation (GST, TDS), and statutory compliance.
- Revenue & Cost Optimization: Monitor marketing spends, optimize operational costs, and improve profitability.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Manage cash flow, inventory financing, and payment reconciliations.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations (if applicable): Support financial projections, due diligence, and investor reporting.
- Tools & Technology: Work with ERP/accounting tools (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) and digital payment platforms (Shopify, Razorpay, PayU).

Skill Sets

- CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in finance/ CA roles (preferably in D2C, e-commerce,



FMCG, or retail).
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and financial modeling.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Razorpay, Logistics, and digital payment reconciliation is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
- Experience with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and operational software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Shopify, etc.).
