Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, coordinating with the sales team, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth buying and after-sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales executive.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM or showroom software.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, deliveries, and feedback.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Schedule installation and after-sales service visits when required.
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Prepare daily reports on customer visits, inquiries, and follow-ups.

- Valuable communication skills in English and the local language.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, billing systems).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass may be considered by some employers).
- 0–3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or furniture sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in a furniture showroom, home décor, retail, or interior design industry.
- Familiarity with billing, order processing, and customer relationship management.

Pay: From ₹9,669.58 per month
