Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Civil Design Engineer for the designing and detailing of civil and structural components for power system infrastructure projects, including substations, solar power plants, and other related EPC works. This role is ideal for engineers with strong technical grounding who are looking to gain hands-on experience in delivering high-quality, code-compliant, and execution-ready designs.

Qualification & Other Requirements:

- B-Tech Civil/ Mechanical
- Diploma Civil/ Mechanical
- Experience required: 1-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Execution in the design and detailing of:
RCC foundations for transformers, switchgear, and equipment

- Structural Designing, Gantry Tower Designing
- Substation buildings and control rooms
- Cable trenches, boundary walls, roads, and stormwater systems
- Foundations for solar structures (RCC, precast, pile-based)
- Prepare and review GFC drawings, BOQs, and civil construction packages
- Coordinate with senior designers, structural consultants,



and internal teams to ensure accuracy and constructability
- Ensure compliance with IS codes.
- Support project execution teams by providing technical clarifications and resolving design/site issues
- Maintain documentation and revisions of all design work

Core Competencies:

- Proven experience as a Civil Design Engineer in a construction or engineering firm.
- Proficient in using Staad PRO & CAD software, such as AutoCAD.
- Robust knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction method.
- Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy in drafting and design.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Knowledge on Civil & Structure design & drawings as per industrial standards.
