The Visa Filing Officer is responsible for handling Tourist Visa applications by assisting clients with documentation, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with embassies, consulates, and visa service providers to ensure timely processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist clients with tourist visa application procedures for various countries (Canada, UK, Singapore, Russia, China, Japan, Australia etc.)
- Collect, verify, and organize required documents (passport, photos, financials, travel plans, etc.)
- Ensure all visa applications are accurately completed and comply with embassy guidelines
- Submit visa applications through online portals or visa centers (VFS, BLS, etc.)
- Track application status and provide regular updates to clients
- Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in person
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and travel agencies when required
- Maintain proper records and confidentiality of client information
- Stay updated with changing visa rules and immigration policies
- Handle rejections, reapplications, and additional document requests if needed

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Knowledge of tourist visa processes and documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple applications under deadlines
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online portals)
- Prior experience in visa processing or travel consultancy (preferred)

Education & Experience

- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience: 1–3 years in visa filing, travel agency, or immigration services (preferred)
