- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, standards, and statutory regulations.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Monitor civil construction activities such as excavation, concreting, shuttering, scaffolding, and working at height.
- Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, safety shoes, harnesses, etc.) by all workers.
- Conduct safety toolbox talks and training sessions regularly.
- Prepare and maintain safety reports, accident records, and inspection checklists.
- Investigate accidents, near-miss incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and supervisors to enforce safety practices.
- Ensure safety signage, barricading, and emergency procedures are in place.
- Liaise with government authorities or safety auditors when required.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
