Job Description

Position: SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant- Administrator

Job Location: Hybrid

Position: 01

Experience: 8+ years in SF-EC & ECP

- Functional Implementation Consultant having end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects

- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 6+ years in SAP SuccessFactors in Employee Central EC Module. Exposure to ECP is desirable.

- HRIS Analyst / SF-Administrator in Employee Central Module in Success Factor.

- System Operations: Manage day-to-day operations, including role-based permissions, data audits, and user access.

- Release Management: Test and enable new features during bi-annual system releases.





- Support: Act as the primary liaison between internal HR stakeholders and external tech support

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, HR teams, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors

- Robust understanding of Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies

- Requirement Gathering: Lead design workshops to map client HR needs to the SAP SuccessFactors framework.

- Testing: Create test scenarios and ensure the system functions correctly before the go-live phase.

- Industry experience in FMCG and/or refinery is a strong advantage.

- SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) is mandatory requirements.
