Who We Are

GAJAN Group Holdings is a holding company with eleven businesses

across commerce, software and services, with entities in Mohali and

Toronto. Four e-commerce brands, two B2B SaaS products, an AI

operations platform, and more. The team is small. The work is real.

Everyone here owns their function outright.

What This Job Is

You will run growth across our portfolio: Shopify e-commerce

brands, and a beauty and personal care services business in North

America that runs on local lead generation. Paid acquisition in,

email and follow-up revenue out, and the tracking in between. This

is a doing role, not a strategy-deck role. You will set up the

campaigns, write the emails, read the numbers, and kill what does

not work. It grows into a manager seat as the team builds under

you.

What You Will Do

- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google: you define

objectives, audiences, budgets and creative, launch through our

AI orchestration layer with built-in guardrails, and verify the

live state in the native ad managers yourself

- Run local lead generation for our services brand: native lead

forms, WhatsApp and call flows, and CRM pipelines that turn a

lead into a booking

- Own email revenue in Klaviyo: flows, campaigns, segmentation, and

list health

- Improve conversion on product and landing pages with our

developer: test, measure, keep or kill

- Help our engineers implement conversion tracking end to end:

pixels, server-side events, GA4, lead-form webhooks, and offline

conversion uploads, then own verifying the numbers are real

before anyone reports them





- Report weekly in numbers: spend, ROAS, email revenue share, and

what you are changing next

- Brief creative: you write the copy and the hooks, and direct what

the visuals need to say

- Work AI-first: our ad operations run through an AI orchestration

layer we built, and you will use AI daily for research, copy, and

analysis, reviewing everything before it ships

What We Are Looking For

- 2 to 4 years running paid media for e-commerce with real budgets

you can talk about specifically

- Hands-on Klaviyo experience: you have built flows that made

money, not just sent newsletters

- You read numbers first and opinions second: ROAS, CAC, AOV, and

conversion are your daily vocabulary

- You can set up and verify basic conversion tracking yourself:

Meta pixel, GA4 events, UTMs. You do not need an engineer for the

basics

- Strong written English. Ads, emails, and reports are all writing

- You have worked without close supervision and can show it

- Based in India, working IST hours

Bonus points for server-side tracking exposure such as Meta CAPI,

SMS marketing experience with Klaviyo SMS, Postscript or similar,

experience running ads through APIs or AI agents, local or

services-business lead generation, GoHighLevel or similar CRM

experience, CRO with numbers to show, GA4 depth, or automation

tools like n8n or Make.
