Key Responsibilities :

Production Management:

- Plan, organize, and oversee the production schedule to ensure that production targets are met.
- Monitor production performance and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Allocate resources effectively, including raw materials, workforce, and machinery.
- Ensure production output meets quality standards and specifications.

Team Management:

- Lead and manage production teams, including supervisors, machine operators, and other staff.
- Develop, mentor, and train production staff to improve skills and performance.
- Resolve all grievances of shop floor production staff.
- Create and maintain a positive working workplace and promote teamwork.

Process Improvement:

- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize factory operations and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize machine breakdowns and ensure preventive maintenance is conducted regularly.

Hygiene, Health & Safety Compliance:

- Ensure all GMP practices are followed on the shop floor by each and every person.
- Ensure the factory complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to reduce workplace accidents and injuries.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Shop floor should be free of dust, insects & other foreign particles.
- Shop floor should be free of clutter & organized for easy identification of different types of materials. Techniques like 5S, TQM etc to be followed.

Quality Control:





- Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain product quality standards.
- Investigate and resolve any production issues that affect product quality.
- Implement CAPA to improve quality.
- Adhere 100% compliance to ISO 13485

Scrap Management

- Minimize the scrap/waste generation.
- Track & maintain generated scrap records
- Segregate & store scrap at the designated place only.

Cost Control:

- Develop and manage the production budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor production costs and seek ways to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Implement cost saving initiatives by means of optimum material utilization.

Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on production performance, including efficiency, quality, and safety metrics to be presented in WOMM & MRM.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.

Self Development

- Participate in training & development program on regular basis
- Upgrade your knowledge by doing online courses related to your field of work..

Inventory Management

- 100% accuracy in BOM setting & project material planning.
- Ensuring reorder levels are maintained.
- Keep a check on excess WIP stocks.

Salary processing Records:

- Maintain accurate records of employee overtime/week off working and ensure timely presentation of data to HR for salary processing.
- Analyze overtime data to identify trends and implement strategies for workforce optimization

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
