- Manage the daily operations of the service department.
- Supervise, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor service quality, productivity, and turnaround times.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Schedule work assignments and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor department budgets, expenses, and profitability.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with parts, sales, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports for management.
- Promote service packages, maintenance plans, and value-added services to achieve revenue targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
