MRJewels is looking for an organised and detail-oriented professional to manage bookkeeping, accounts and inventory operations.
Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru
Job Type: Full time, On-site
Experience: 1–3 years in bookkeeping, accounts or inventory management
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily sales, purchase, expense and payment records
- Record and verify purchase invoices
- Manage stock inward, outward, transfers and adjustments
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate product-wise inventory records
- Coordinate product tagging, SKU creation and pricing
- Track vendor payments, customer payments and outstanding balances
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and inventory reports
- Support GST documentation and coordinate with the accountant
- Investigate and resolve stock or billing discrepancies
Candidate Requirements:
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping and inventory management
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with Tally, Shopify or inventory software is preferred
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
- Honest, responsible and well-organised
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Kannada and English proficiency will be preferred
