Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join the Nishorama team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our domestic and international customers, ensuring a smooth, delightful shopping experience across WhatsApp, email, Instagram, phone, and marketplace platforms. You will assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, refunds, product information, sizing guidance, fabric care, and order placement while coordinating closely with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners to resolve customer concerns efficiently. You will also maintain accurate records of customer interactions, escalate complex issues when required, and provide regular feedback to help improve customer experience and internal processes.

We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of customer support experience,



preferably in an e-commerce or D2C brand. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling both domestic and international customers, possess excellent spoken and written English and Hindi communication skills, and have a polite, patient, and solution-oriented approach. Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, WhatsApp Business, email support, and spreadsheets will be an added advantage. This is a full-time, in office role based in Malad West, Mumbai, working 6 days a week during the day shift, with excellent opportunities to grow alongside one of India's fast-growing ethnic wear brands.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
