Position: Customer Relationship & Merchandising Executive

Office Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and professional candidate to manage customer relationships, coordinate with merchandisers, assist in production activities, and handle back office operations. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Hindi and have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer relationship management professionally.

Manage regular customer calling and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate and handle merchandiser-related work.

Assist in production-related activities and follow-ups.

Maintain proper communication between clients and internal departments.

Perform back office tasks including documentation, data entry, and coordination work.





Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Skills Required:

Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken & written).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and good in Excel and email handling.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Professional and polite behavior with clients.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Saturday
