Responsibilities:

· Efficiently identify and resolve incidents to minimize operational disruptions.

· Ensure timely communication with relevant stakeholders regarding incident status and progress.





· Develop and implement streamlined processes and procedures for effective incident management.

· Lead and coordinate the efforts of incident response teams to ensure swift action and resolution.

· Escalate critical incidents appropriately to mitigate risks and ensure prompt resolution.

· Analyze and report on incident data and trends to inform future preventative measures.

· Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall business performance at Omnissa.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Work Location: 3 days per week @ Omnissa office, Bangalore

Pay: ₹345,723.81 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
