Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage business leads through Alibaba, IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.

Develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.

Engage with prospective clients through emails, phone calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups.

Understand customer requirements and convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.

Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and support the sales closure process.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Coordinate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and documentation, to ensure smooth order execution.

Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and pipeline reports.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Eligibility Criteria





Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, International Business, or a related discipline.

1–2 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Sales, Inside Sales, or Export Sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM software or B2B platforms such as Alibaba or IndiaMART will be an added advantage.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
