We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive who will be responsible for tracking shipments across all stages of the logistics journey and ensuring smooth order fulfilment and delivery operations. Experience working with multiple logistics/courier partners.

Responsibilities

- · Monitor and track shipments from: First-mile pickup, Mid-mile movement/transit, Last-mile delivery
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
- Identify shipment delays, exceptions, or operational issues and take corrective actions proactively.
- Maintain regular communication with sellers, internal teams, and logistics partners regarding shipment status.
- Ensure smooth shipment movement and minimize delivery escalations.




- Track and update shipment data in internal systems and dashboards.
- Follow up on pending shipments, RTOs, damaged shipments, and delivery exceptions.
- Ensure SLA compliance and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily logistics and shipment status reports.

Requirements and skills

- 1-2 Years working experience as a Logistics
- Record of successful distribution and logistics management
- Robust communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
