Key Responsibilities

- Programming: Create and optimize 5-axis simultaneous mill-turn programs using on machine programming & advanced CAM software (e.g., Siemens NX, Hypermill).
- Setup & Operation: Set up workholding, calibrate tools, establish part zeros using Siemens control functions (like CYCLE800/planes), and run first-article parts.
- Troubleshooting: Edit G-code/M-code at the control panel, adjust tool wear offsets, and resolve live machining or chatter issues.
- Verification: Run simulation software to prevent crashes before loading code into the machine.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished complex geometries using precision gauges, micrometers, and on-machine probing systems.
- Mentorship: Train junior operators and improve shop floor workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:



8+ years of hands-on 5-axis mill-turn programming and operation for large size jobs (dia. 1-3m).
- Controller Expertise: Deep fluency in Siemens CNC controls (Sinumerik 840D or similar).
- Technical Reading: Expert ability to read blue prints, complex engineering drawings, and GD&T.;
- Preference: Persons with experience on DMG MORI "FD" machines having good knowledge of cutting tools.
- Face to face interview is mandatory.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
