Arabian Villa is looking for an experienced and skilled Chef to manage kitchen operations and prepare high-quality meals. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian cuisine and be capable of preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent hygiene and kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve authentic Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian dishes.
* Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food.
* Plan and manage daily kitchen operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with food safety standards.
* Monitor inventory, manage stock, and minimize food wastage.
* Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
* Supervise and support kitchen staff.
* Prepare orders on time while maintaining quality.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Chef in a hotel, restaurant,
or hospitality establishment.
* Expertise in Indian, Chinese, Mughlai, Tandoor, and South Indian cuisine.
* Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
* Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
* Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.
* Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
