HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and administration.

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, databases, and trackers.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and other HR-related data.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and follow-ups, when required.




- Assist with general administrative tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Required Skills

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.

Preferred Skills

- Internship or academic exposure to HR operations.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of MS Office or HRMS tools will be an added advantage
