Job Title: Junior Performance Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for our US-based clients. This is a work-from-office, night shift role based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram - Lead Gen, Conversions, Traffic, Catalogue)
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and bid strategies
- Track and report on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Implement and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Meta Pixel setup
- Conduct keyword research, audience research, and competitor analysis
- Create A/B tests for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for US clients




- Coordinate with the design team for ad creatives and landing page requirements
- Stay updated on platform changes, recent features, and industry best practices

Requirements

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads (mandatory)
- Prior agency experience is mandatory
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets of 10 lakhs+ INR
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel setup (mandatory)
- Understanding of conversion tracking, event setup, and UTM parameters
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) for US client interaction
- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zone - EST/PST hours)
- Must be willing to work from office in Hyderabad
