We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a leading IT Training Institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily institute operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with trainers, counsellors, and administrative staff.
- Monitor student admissions, training schedules, and batch management.
- Ensure excellent student support and service quality.
- Handle team management, reporting, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with management to achieve operational goals.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in an IT Training Institute is mandatory.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively.
