Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers, explaining products/services, and generating sales or leads over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and set appointments
- Maintain records of calls and customer details
- Follow up with prospects to close sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Handle customer objections professionally

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Hindi/English (or regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
- Persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated

Qualifications:

- Minimum: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

- Fresher or 0–2 years experience

Salary:

- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Working Hours:

- 6–9 hours per day

Location:

- In office

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
