Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage and execute SEO strategies that improve organic search performance. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Content Optimization, keyword research, and team management. You will lead SEO initiatives, mentor team members, and work closely with content and development teams to achieve measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and page structure.
- Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Monitor website indexing, crawlability, mobile usability, and site performance.
- Collaborate with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Track SEO performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team.
- Assign tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams.




- Stay updated with Google's algorithm updates and SEO best practices.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve SEO performance across projects.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Content SEO.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Screaming Frog
- Strong understanding of keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis.
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience leading or mentoring an SEO team.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Knowledge of the latest search engine algorithms and industry trends.
