Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator with a strong background in the automobile or EV industry to support our sales and dealership network team. The ideal candidate will manage lead flow, coordinate between the sales team & dealers, maintain sales data, and assist in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound dealership & sales inquiries and maintain proper lead records
✅ Support sales team in lead assignment, tracking, and follow-ups
✅ Coordinate with dealerships, internal teams, and field sales executives
✅ Maintain MIS reports, sales dashboards, and CRM entries
✅ Prepare quotations, agreements, and support documentation
✅ Monitor daily sales performance and share reports with management
✅ Assist in planning & executing marketing/sales campaigns
✅ Ensure smooth communication between sales, accounts, and service departments
✅ Handle appointment scheduling & calendar management for sales team
✅ Resolve dealer queries and support onboarding & documentation process
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in automobile or EV industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools & sales tracking software
- Ability to handle high-volume leads and coordinate with multiple teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle pressure
- Understanding of dealership process & sales funnels is a plus
