We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Category Executive to manage and grow assigned product categories. The role involves category planning, assortment optimization, vendor coordination, pricing strategy, promotions, and performance tracking to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Category Planning & Growth

- Develop and execute category growth plans aligned with overall business objectives
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and buying behavior
- Identify growth opportunities within the assigned category

Assortment & Merchandising

- Finalize optimal product assortment (breadth & depth) for the category
- Ensure availability of top-performing and high-demand SKUs
- Coordinate with cataloging teams for accurate and high-quality listings

Pricing & Margin Management





- Define and implement pricing strategies (MRP/SP-based, discounts, dynamic pricing)
- Monitor margins, costs, commissions, and profitability
- Ensure pricing competitiveness while maintaining healthy margins

Vendor & Brand Management

- Onboard new vendors/brands and maintain strong ongoing relationships
- Negotiate commercial terms including commission, return policies, and marketing support
- Coordinate for stock availability, current launches, and exclusive offers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
