About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end B2B sales, from lead generation to deal closure, with solid communication and negotiation skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end sales, including lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Strong communication, presentation,
and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and sales tracking.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
