We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Website Customer Support & Data Entry Executive to manage daily website orders, customer communication, and order processing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and check daily website orders.
- Contact customers via call or WhatsApp/SMS for order confirmation.
- Enter and maintain order details accurately in Excel sheets.
- Handle NDR (Non-Delivery Report) follow-ups and coordinate with courier partners.
- Escalate delivery-related issues and customer concerns to the appropriate team.
- Update order status and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for order dispatch and issue resolution.
- Respond to customer queries regarding orders, shipping, exchanges, and delivery.
- Maintain daily reports and ensure all customer data is updated correctly.
- Perform other administrative and customer support tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English; additional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Comfortable making customer calls and responding to messages.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of courier portals and NDR management.
- Familiarity with order management and customer support processes.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
