- Prepare BOQs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Perform quantity take-offs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare tender documents and bid submissions.
- Verify contractor bills and measurements.
- Coordinate with the design and site teams.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
