- Base Salary: ₹75,000–₹150,000/month (depending on experience)

NapX is building the operating system for autonomous hotels. We combine hospitality, AI, robotics, and workflow automation to create hotels that require fewer employees while delivering a better guest experience. We're looking for people who enjoy understanding complex systems, improving operations, automating repetitive work, and helping build the future of hospitality.

The Position

An Operations Engineer acts as the bridge between hotel operations, customer service, automation, and business growth. Your first responsibility is learning every aspect of hotel operations. Once you understand how the business works, your mission becomes improving it. Every repetitive task should eventually become an automated workflow until all that’s left is overseeing any critical issues.

Hotel Operations (2 Weeks Paid Training)

- Master our Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Learn reservations, guest communications, pricing, payments, and reporting
- Understand every step of hotel operations
- Support guests through email, chat, phone, OTA messaging, and SMS
- Resolve operational issues independently
- Coordinate with in office staff

Automation Engineering

After completing basic training, you will be expected to:

- Build at least 5 automation workflows every week
- Identify repetitive work across departments
- Design AI workflows that eliminate manual work
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Test and improve automation performance
- Continuously improve operational efficiency

Experience with tools such as Zapier, n8n,



Make, AI agents, or similar platforms is a plus, but we will train exceptional candidates.

Marketing & Revenue Growth

- Automate online marketing campaigns
- Follow up on booking inquiries
- Earn commission on qualified hotel group bookings

Customer Success

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Resolve issues professionally
- Protect the company's reputation
- Maintain accurate documentation

Performance Expectations

During your first 30 days you should:

- Understand our hotel operations end-to-end
- Become proficient in our PMS
- Learn all reservation workflows
- Complete automation training
- Begin producing 5 automation workflows every week
- Contribute to increased occupancy through guest outreach and group bookings

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Comfortable learning software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable working overnight (New York hours)

Preferred

- Workflow automation experience
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
- Hotel PMS experience
- CRM or customer support platforms
