Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, paid advertising, email marketing, and web analytics to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Monitor and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, design,



and sales teams to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Manage online reputation and support lead generation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Robust knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Understanding of content marketing and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other creative tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
