About the Role
We are looking for a disciplined and enthusiastic Nursing Staff member to join our Hair Transplant & Cosmetic Clinic in Surat. Freshers with the required qualification are welcome. Selected candidates will receive structured in-house training in hair transplant procedures, PRP, GFC, and Operation Theatre assistance while working alongside experienced doctors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before procedures.
- Assist doctors during hair transplant surgeries.
- Support PRP and GFC procedures under medical supervision.
- Assist with graft handling and patient monitoring.
- Perform dressing, wound care, and provide post-procedure guidance.
- Maintain OT sterility, instrument sterilization, and biomedical waste disposal.
- Maintain patient records and follow infection control protocols.
Eligibility
- B.Sc Nursing or GNM.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration (Mandatory).
- 0–1 year of experience.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English knowledge preferred.
- Willingness to learn and work in a surgical environment.
