Presales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Presales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer calls and inquiries
- Generate and qualify leads
- Share project information with customers
- Schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects and update CRM records
- Support customers throughout the inquiry process

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in presales, telesales, customer service, or real estate is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- 1 Year of experience required.
