We are looking for a skilled Beam Saw Machine Operator to operate and manage beam saw machinery used for precision cutting of MDF, plywood, particle board, and other furniture panels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate Beam Saw machines safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
- Set up the machine, enter cutting programs, and adjust parameters as required.
- Read and understand cutting lists, technical drawings, and production specifications.
- Ensure accurate panel cutting with minimum material wastage.
- Check dimensions and quality of cut panels and identify any defects.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic maintenance.
- Report machine faults, breakdowns, or abnormal operating conditions to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Follow production schedules and maintain required output and quality standards.
- Handle and stack cut panels properly to prevent damage.




- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Coordinate with production, CNC, edge banding, and other departments for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

- Previous experience operating Beam Saw or panel cutting machines in furniture/woodworking manufacturing.
- Knowledge of MDF, plywood, particle board, and other panel materials.
- Ability to read cutting lists and basic technical drawings.
- Good understanding of measurements and dimensions.
- Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
- Ability to work safely in a production setting.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
